The Balkan WBL project team is pleased to announce that its final policy recommendations on the Attractiveness of Work-Based Learning (WBL) are now available to the public.
These recommendations reflect the results of national research and consultations in Bulgaria, Greece, North Macedonia, and Romania. They explore how to make dual education more appealing for students, vocational institutions, and companies, covering topics such as access and participation, relevance of training content, national strategies and policies, and the promotion of WBL.
The document offers concrete ideas to improve visibility, address current challenges, and support wider engagement in WBL.
We encourage all interested stakeholders to download and review the full text.
