We are proud to share that our team successfully contributed to the implementation of the AI in Mentoring project by organising and delivering the local induction session in Sofia. The event was part of a coordinated effort across all partner countries to introduce national teams of trainers to the project’s goals and training methodology.
The workshop brought together professionals in vocational education, mentoring, and workplace learning who will be supporting mentors in dual and work-based learning environments. During the session, participants became familiar with the project’s structure, explored the newly developed instructional materials, and engaged in discussions around key themes such as developing an AI mindset, fostering critical thinking at the workplace, and integrating AI-supported tools across different mentoring phases.
We were inspired by the high level of engagement and thoughtful contributions from everyone involved. The Sofia session not only ensured a strong start for the national training phase but also strengthened our shared vision of supporting mentors to adapt to emerging technologies and digital transformation in vocational training.
We now look forward to the next step – the international training of trainers, which will take place on 18–19 June 2025 in Sofia, gathering all partners and national trainers for a collaborative and hands-on experience.
