The purpose of the current Manual for Karate Coaches is to support the coaches in their work with young karate athletes from ethnic backgrounds. With the Manual we provide an easily accessible source of information on the problems of discrimination within the field of sports, namely within karate but also, we provide a comprehensive training material on inclusive coaching.

It reflects the combined know-how of organisations representing 4 distinct VET systems – Bulgaria, Lithuania, North Macedonia and Spain. Методологията очертава основни тематични модули за обучение на обучители на наставници в дуалното обучение. Методологията отразява опитът на България, Северна Македония, Литва и Испания, както и добри практики от швейцарската система на дуално обучение.

Дуалната система за ПОО (обучението чрез работа) се е доказала в напредналите европейски икономики като ключов инструмент за осигуряване на млади квалифицирани специалисти, които допринасят за икономическия растеж и високата младежка заетост. В тази система водещ партньор на училищата е частният сектор, който не само инвестира в бъдещите си служители, но и споделя отговорността за качеството на професионалното обучение.
